Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Thomas DuBois
I’m a proud Shreveport native and graduate of Captain Shreve High School. After attending Louisiana Tech, I launched my first business at just 23 — rebranding Globe Travel into Corporate Travel Center. When the local economy shifted in the late '80s, I pivoted, relocating to Dallas in 1991 to join Worldtek Travel.
By 1996, I was ready to build something new. I founded Esquire Travel Group, a boutique agency specializing in travel management for law firms. Over the next two decades, I developed full-service travel programs for seven major firms across Texas before selling the business and retiring in 2020.
But even before retirement, I saw my next chapter coming. I started investing in real estate in 2015 — first in North Texas, then Central Texas, and eventually back home in Shreveport. Returning wasn’t just about geography; it was about purpose. I came back with a passion for helping revitalize the city and contribute to its future growth.
I believe every neighborhood and community deserves the opportunity to thrive. Through affordable housing, restoring distressed properties, and creating spaces where families can feel proud to live, I’m committed to helping strengthen Shreveport one property at a time.
Today, I bring that same entrepreneurial drive and investment-minded perspective to my work with Pinnacle Realty Advisors. Since earning my Louisiana real estate license in 2022, I’ve been helping buyers, sellers, and investors make smart, confident decisions backed by real-world experience and market knowledge.
Outside of real estate, I serve as Secretary of the Board for the Red River Revel — an organization I’m deeply proud to support. The Revel is more than a festival; it’s a celebration of the arts, a platform for local talent, and an important part of Shreveport’s cultural identity.
Whether I’m helping a client secure their next investment, advising a first-time buyer, or supporting community initiatives, my mission remains the same: to invest in people, in place, and in the future of Shreveport.
